Orders
Orders may take 3-4 working days to process, even if instant delivery is mentioned. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

If you purchase from a third-party seller, verify their authorisation with us. Unauthorized purchases may result in service revocation without refunds.
Unless explicitly mentioned, tools are only provided under a licensed access model and not as source code.
We do not guarantee that tools will remain functional if patched or blocked by external factors. Once purchased, you have 15 minutes to verify the tool’s functionality. Within this time frame, you may request a refund if the tool does not function as mentioned. Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to resolve the issue.

Users cannot demand feature updates or bug fixes. Updates will be made at our discretion.
